Shoemaking process

Cementing shoes-made workmanship process:
Generally speaking, looking from a technique angle, shoes-made line is a simple industry, a new pair of shoes need to be produced via four working procedures,for example :cutting,stitching,assembly ,but on the other hand, it’s a difficult and complicated line,as there is so many things you have to think of ,especially stitching
Then let’s talk about how to produce shoes.
The first step is cutting ,which means to cut raw material into the shoes parts.usually ,we cut 6 sheets at one time of pu material,10 sheets of pvc material.
The second step is 2(xiao liao) ,this program include three flows (skiving ,scribing folding and insocking)
The next procedure is stitching,which will cause much inferior quality questions of upper,so this flow is very important to the production.
As last ,let do some research on assemble .
I think We’d better to put the assmble clearly ,as it is the core part of the shoes production. There are many procedures in the workshop section :
Let’s explain it as follows ,
1. Insole staple on last, at the same time,soaking the front and the back bumper with bumper water,then paste the soaked bumper inside the toe lasting ,sewing the bumper etc.
2. Heating & Drying with oven.
3. Toe lasting with machine.
4. Fastening side lasting with hammer.
5. Fastening the counter lasting with lasting.
6. Checking
7. Brushing the upper with shoes-water(this step is to clean the shoes upper)
8. Pulling the staple out insole.
9. Vacuum vulcanized.
10. Waxing
11. Checking and counting.
12. Scribing(in order to brush glue exactly.)
13. Brushing glue on both the outsole and insole.
14. Heating & Drying.
15. Adhere the insole to the outsole.
16. Sole press with sole attaching machine

19. Pull-out lasting
20. Sock laying
21. Clean the shoes upper with shoes water(clearing the dirty)

30. Tissuing paper.
